This is PC compatible software which is supplied as a companion CD with every Ontrack Alignment System.

 The Trackline Supportware CD has an electronic version of the Ontrack System Instruction Manual incorporating quick reference features such as Bookmarks and Thumbnails intended to enhance the users ability to refer to the manual electronically. Please note that each new Ontrack System is also provided with the latest revision of the manual in booklet form. Due to the logistical timing of changes/updates to the manual that may be made from time to time, the booklet form of the manual supplied with the system should generally be considered the governing document. Any future versions of this software will include the latest manual revision available at that time.

 Also included on the Trackline Supportware CD, is an Ontrack Alignment Report (OAR) section. The OAR is a service form document which can be easily formatted for use as a shop wheel alignment service form. The OAR is designed with fields to enter shop, customer and motorcycle data, and also has illustrated fields for alignment data entry. The program auto calculates the data as entered by the technician, and provides additional notes and specific instructions for use within itself. The latest version 2.1, is a three page document which now incorporates two OAR service pages which can be used to record initial baseline data and final data, and also has a comments or notes page which can be used by the technician to record any specific information relative to the service performed on the particular machine. The OAR can be saved to a file or printed out for use as a service invoice, or invoice supplement.

New to version 2.2 is the inclusion of a Marketing Materials section.  This portion of the software provides some pre-made posters and a brochure.  These materials are in PDF format which requires the use of Adobe's FREE Acrobat Reader. There are also some pre-made flyers that are fully editable by the user with Microsoft Word. These materials are meant to provide the user with ideas and samples of how to market the new services they will be offering through their Ontrack System.

 In our committed efforts to continuously improve our products, we will develop upgrades and enhancements to this program. To this end, we welcome feedback and suggestions from users which we may incorporate in such future versions. (Feedback)

 We are also attempting to develop a database of alignment information for various makes and models of machines. This database, once developed, will become an extremely useful resource which will be available for Ontrack System users. Therefore, we are asking users to send us the alignment for the motorcycles via email or fax. Note that we do not want customer information, just the motorcycle information and the alignment data.
